2. Shipping Policy:
Elixir Compounding Pharmacy aims to have all orders prepared and sent within 24 business hours after an order is confirmed. Orders received before 12:00pm are generally dispatched same day. Elixir ships express post using Australia Post, which generally guarantees next day delivery. However, Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (Austraila Post delays or unforeseen stock availability) delivery delays may occur and delivery times may be extended. Where we become aware of such instances, we will contact you to advise of the delay and provide updated delivery details. Elixir Compounding Pharmacy takes no responsibility for any delay in delivery caused by any acts or omissions of our carriers.
We take no responsibility for loss of products or damage to products that occurs during shipping.
